Shipping Policy

Order Tracking

 

Between purchase and delivery we will keep you updated on your order's status by email. We will send the following notices:

  • Order confirmation - confirms the placement of your purchase

  • Dispatch confirmation - confirms the shipment of your purchase, and includes a tracking number/link

  • Delivery notification - confirms the arrival of your purchase at the address provided at checkout

  • Orders Returns to Sender

  •

  • Orders may be returned to sender for one of more of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • An illegible label, possibly damaged in transit

  • Delivery attempted, with redelivery or collection not organised in the time period allocated by the parcel carrier

  • Delivery refused by recipient

  • Once initiated by a parcel carrier we cannot prevent the RTS process. This process is slower than the forward journey and the time it takes to return depends on the location and reason for return.

  • Returning parcels can take up to 2 weeks to arrive back to us depending on their intended destination - we will email you to organise reshipment as soon as your parcel is delivered. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements until returning parcels arrive back to us. In the event of loss during the return journey, we are unable to provide refunds or replacement orders if a parcel has been returned to sender for reasons 1, 3 or 4 listed above.
